This page documents the only SMS opt-in method used by Viera Investment Group LLC for its website property-inquiry messaging program. Consumers opt in through the publicly accessible “Get Your Free Property Review” form on the Viera website.

The checkbox above is intentionally disabled because this is a documentation page. On the live property-review form, the same checkbox is active, required for messaging consent, and unchecked by default.

- The consumer visits vierainvestmentgroup.com and opens the publicly accessible property-review form.
- The consumer voluntarily enters a name, mobile telephone number, property address, and property situation.
- The consumer actively selects the separate consent checkbox. It is not preselected.
- The form records the consent language, submission source, and timestamp.
- Viera may send messages only about that consumer's property inquiry, requested information, callback coordination, appointments, reminders, or related customer support.
Messaging disclosures
- Program name and sender: Viera Investment Group LLC.
- Message frequency varies according to the consumer's interaction.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.
- Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
